River City Squash Organization

River City Squash is an after-school program for underserved youth in Kamloops. The program provides academic tutoring, squash coaching, and community service opportunities three days a week, to challenge and engage the students, and to encourage them to fulfill their potential. We give our students the best chance to succeed in school, and in life, we will work with each student to help them achieve their best. Students will receive homework help, as well as general tutoring in academic skills, with an emphasis on literacy and math.

RMEF is a wildlife conservation organization with an emphasis on wild elk & the habitat that supports them. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in MT, RMEF has evolved into an international conservation leader. We promote the sound management of wild, free-ranging elk, which may be hunted or otherwise enjoyed. We foster cooperation among federal, state, tribal and private organizations and individuals in wildlife management and habitat conservation; and we educate members and the public about habitat conservation, the value of hunting, hunting ethics and wildlife management.

As a membership charity, we aim to achieve a radically better quality of life for deaf and hard of hearing people. In 1824 a courageous lifeboatman Sir William Hillary coordinates the first lifeboat service. His Appeal to the nation leads to the foundation of the National Institution for the Preservation of Life from Shipwreck, later to become the RNLI. RNLI volunteers across the UK and Republic of Ireland are united by a willingness to commit time and energy to a cause about which they are passionate. There are over 230 RNLI lifeboat stations and over 70 RNLI lifeguarded beaches throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. RNLI lifeguards patrol more than 100 beaches in the UK in peak season and assisted almost 10,000 people last year.

We've been inspiring change for our members since 1890 and today we continue to support more than 11,500 members. We empower our blind and partially sighted members by giving them the training, tools, and tips they need to deal with blindness and achieve their goals.

We are the national charity for road crash victims. Our members include those who have been bereaved or injured in crashes and also those who are concerned about road danger. We are the only member based charity for road crash victims in the UK, and the only one with local groups. We listen to the needs of our members and consult with them over key consultations and campaigns. We provide both support for existing victims and work to prevent future victims by campaigning for road danger reduction.
Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity

Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity was founded as the Roald Dahl Foundation in 1991. Since then we have given more than £7 million in funding to help children and young people with serious, rare blood or brain conditions and, until the end of 2008, literacy problems. We began in 1991 by creating the first ever Paediatric Epilepsy Nurse Specialist post, at Liverpool's Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Since then we have created an additional 45 Roald Dahl Specialist Paediatric Nursing posts in hospitals and charities throughout the UK, caring for young patients with Acquired Brain Injury, Epilepsy or Blood Disorders. As well as providing nurses, and working with partner organisations to provide services and support workers, we also provide direct help to families facing financial hardship when caring for a seriously ill child.

Rock UK exists to create life long memories for youth and all people who come to our centres. We love to help young people push the boundaries of their comfort zones and give them the confidence to understand more about their own spiritual, mental and physical capabilities. We’re here to provide them an environment which is secure, safe and re-affirming of people. The international headquarters are in Zurich, Switzerland with national headquarters and branches in 17 countries.
ROLE Foundation

ROLE Foundation was established in 2007 to protect all aspects of the environment in the Bukit peninsula of Bali, Indonesia. ROLE undertakes several environmental projects and programs throughout Indonesia. Our EcoPark education centre that will be completed in November 2016 will provide a great area for local communities to practice gardening, organic farming, nutrient enriching, and crop yielding. Our soap recycling program not only reduces waste by bleaching, cleaning, and reforming new soaps, but also acts as a local business for local women working with ROLE Foundation. Off campus projects include recycling, beach cleaning, reforestation, shipwreck cleaning, and village planning. We have also trained 31 Environmental Ambassadors and sent them back into their home communities. Through our new educational EcoPark we will show children the ways in which waste can be reused and become something useful again in a program we call waste-to-wonder.

The RBM Partnership is the global framework to implement coordinated action against malaria. It mobilizes for action and resources and forges consensus among partners. The Partnership is comprised of more than 500 partners, including malaria endemic countries, their bilateral and multilateral development partners, the private sector, nongovernmental and community-based organizations, foundations, and research and academic institutions. RBM's strength lies in its ability to form effective partnerships both globally and nationally. Partners work together to scale up malaria-control efforts at country level, coordinating their activities to avoid duplication and fragmentation, and to ensure optimal use of resources.
Romanian Orphans Appeal

Our work began in Romania in 1991 after dramatic media coverage swept the world revealing a country that had been shrouded in secrecy for generations. The conditions that were found were nothing short of horrendous, showing a large number of orphanages filled with thousands of seriously neglected children. Our first projects involved the delivery of three articulated lorries full of aid that we had collected in Selsey and the surrounding area. Our main work is building, refurbishing, digging wells and septic tanks, plumbing, electric's and sanitation and we still continue to supply medical equipment and medical supplies, toys, shoes and general supplies to orphanages, medical dispensaries and schools.

ROMSEY MILL TRUST

Romsey Mill is a Cambridge charity working with marginalised young people and families, set up by local churches in 1980. We meet around 2200 young people and families each year, creating with them opportunities for personal, social and spiritual development. We aim to draw these young people and families into the wider community by reducing isolation, increasing self-esteem and confidence and developing skills.
Ronald McDonald House

RMHC Ireland Ltd. was set up in 1997. The charity owns and operates The Ronald McDonald Houses at Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin. The Houses provide accommodation, care, comfort and support for families whose children are seriously ill and inpatient in the hospital. We organise various fundraising activities throughout the year to raise the money necessary to provide this service.
