CIOMAL runs programmes in South-East Asia and South America. CIOMAL is a charitable organisation under Swiss law. It is made up of a Foundation Board which meets once a year to establish and follow up its projects, an Executive Council, and a permanent secretariat in charge of supervising its programmes. With the exception of the Secretary General and her deputy, the members of the Committee and the Executive Council provide their services free of charge. CIOMAL designs its projects to be as cost effective as possible; in particular, CIOMAL reinforces the self-sufficiency and consistency of the field programmes, with the aim of reducing the psychological distance between patient and medical staff.

The Circulation Foundation is the UK’s only national charity dedicated to raising money for pioneering research into the causes, prevention and treatment of vascular disease. We also provide vital support and information for vascular disease patients and their families.

The goal of CitiHope's Medical Relief Program is to assist indigenous medical institutions and physicians through the delivery of medicine and medical supplies for the proper protocols of treatment. CitiHope delivers this assistance to the neediest rural populations possible, while building the capacity of local NGOs. Annual assistance is rendered to over 229 institutions and more than 300,000 urban and rural underserved patient populations.

Since its founding in 1984, CAGW has earned a reputation as America's premier taxpayer watchdog organization for exposing countless examples of government waste and safeguarding the interests of taxpayers in Washington through numerous publications highlighting wasteful government spending. The annual Congressional Pig Book Summary is CAGW's famous exposé of the most glaring and irresponsible pork-barrel projects in the 13 annual appropriations bills and their sponsors. CAGW is nationally recognized as the source of information on government waste. CAGW representatives appear frequently on television, radio talk shows, and in print.

The Citizens Commission on Human Rights - CCHR - was founded in 1969 to eradicate mental health abuse. CCHR ensures that criminal acts within the psychiatric industry are reported to the proper authorities and acted upon. CCHR has documented thousands of individual cases that demonstrate psychiatric drugs and often-brutal psychiatric practices create insanity and cause violence. CCHR works shoulder to shoulder with like-minded groups and individuals who share a common purpose to clean up the field of mental health and shall continue to do so until psychiatry's abusive and coercive practices cease and human rights and dignity are returned to all. CCHR's Board of Advisors called Commissioners includes doctors, scientists, psychologists, lawyers, legislators, educators, business professionals, celebrities and civil and human rights representatives.

Citizens for Animal Protection is a non-profit organization, founded in 1972, with shelters, rescues and places homeless animals for adoption with loving families. CAP advocates respect and compassion for animal life and provides humane education to help prevent cruelty to animals. CAP offers a range of vital services. With an average adoption rate of forty-seven percent, CAP has one of the highest rates in the state and three times the national average. The dedication of staff and volunteers translates into more homeless pets being placed in loving homes. CAP also provides humane education to prevent animal cruelty and raise awareness in the community of the needs of animals.

City Harvest, a non-profit organization founded in 1982, is the world's first and New York City's only food rescue program. Now serving New York City for more than 25 years, City Harvest is the world's first food rescue organization, dedicated to feeding the city's hungry men, women, and children. This year, City Harvest will collect 26 million pounds of excess food from all segments of the food industry, including restaurants, grocers, corporate cafeterias, manufacturers, and farms. This food is then delivered free of charge to more than 600 community food programs throughout New York City using a fleet of trucks and bikes as well as volunteers on foot. Each week, City Harvest helps over 260,000 hungry New Yorkers find their next meal.

Twenty years ago, City Year was founded by Michael Brown and Alan Khazei, then-roommates at Harvard Law School, who felt strongly that young people in service could be a powerful resource for addressing our nation's most pressing issues. Since 1988, City Year has been built on the belief that one person can make a difference, and with the vision that one day service will be a common expectation - and a real opportunity - for citizens all around the world. City Year's signature program, the City Year youth service corps, unites 1,500 young people age 17-24 for a year of full-time community service, leadership development, and civic engagement.

Gael Greene and James Beard founded Citymeals-on-Wheels in 1981 after reading a newspaper article about homebound elderly New Yorkers with nothing to eat on weekends and holidays. Citymeals-on-Wheels raises private funds to ensure no homebound elderly New Yorker will ever go a day without food or human company. Last year, our family of contributors helped us bring over 2.2 million nutritious meals to 18,065 frail aged in every borough of New York City. In addition, over 1,500 volunteers collectively spent 62,000 hours visiting and delivering meals to New York's frail aged.

The Civil War Trust story began in 1987, when twenty or so stalwart souls met to discuss what could be done to protect the rapidly disappearing battlefields around them. The Trust promotes educational programs and heritage tourism initiatives to inform the public of the war's history and the fundamental conflicts that sparked it. Civil War Trust conducts programs designed to inform the public about the events and consequences of the Civil War, foster an understanding of the need for preservation, and create a personal connection to the past.

The CJ Foundation for SIDS is a national charitable organization dedicated to recognizing the special needs of the SIDS community through funding SIDS research, support services and public awareness programs. The Foundation hopes to increase public awareness of SIDS and to contribute to a future in which no parent is faced with the tragedy of losing a loved one to SIDS.

Claire House opened its doors to children in December 1998 providing a service for children aged 0-23 years with life threatening or life limiting conditions and their families from Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man. Since 1998, Claire House has gone from strength to strength and is now providing leadership and focus for its many children, families and staff and also for supporters. In 2006 we opened our teenage extension which provides the facilities for young people, we now provide care for over 200 families. The facilities are such that at any one time we can accommodate up to ten children and their families. Our building was originally designed in the shape of a 'C' and is set in 3.5 acres of beautifully landscaped and adapted gardens, with swings and a play area designed for wheelchairs.

Clan Donald Skye is operated by the Clan Donald Lands Trust, a non-profit charitable organisation. It was established in 1971 with the aim of promoting an understanding and appreciation of the history and traditions of Clan Donald and the Lordship of the Isles. The Trust purchased the last remaining 20,000 acres (800 hectares) of the once vast MacDonald lands. They have acted as custodians of the land, and developed high quality facilities for all people interested in the conservation of Highland heritage. We develop our unique gardens to record our fascinating past and preserve our heritage, we manage our sensitive landscapes and care for our wildlife.

The Clare Crusaders was formed in 2005 by Howard Flannery to help Children with Special Needs in areas such as CerebralPalsy, Autism, and DownSyndrome. We have a clinic in Barefield, County Clare, with 6 therapists providing speech therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy to 160 children in the Clare region free of charge.
