Mapuche Foundation FOLIL (Folil means "roots") was founded in the Netherlands on March 17th 2000. The founders of FOLIL are mainly Mapuches who left Chile in the Pinochet era. In the Netherlands we continue to support the Mapuche people in Chile. The main objective of FOLIL is to give information about the Mapuche people.

The first great polio epidemic in the U.S. was in 1916. The disease infected mostly children, killing thousands and leaving many more paralyzed. On a summer day in 1921, Franklin D. Roosevelt became one of its victims and the March of Dimes was born. Through life saving research we beat polio, but we continue our efforts to help children today by working to save babies from the silent crisis of premature birth. March of Dimes researchers, volunteers, educators, outreach workers and advocates work together to give all babies a fighting chance against the threats to their health: prematurity, birth defects, low birthweight.
Mare And Foal Sanctuary

Established in 1988 the Mare & Foal Sanctuary has rescued hundreds of horses throughout the UK and successfully rehomed them in safe, knowledgeable and loving homes. We retrain our horses to try and ensure they are safe and suitable for the majority of homes and if there are any problems we will make sure you understand before taking on the horse. Not all our horses can be rehomed because of age, illness, behavioral problems or simply as in the case of the Adoption Ponies because they have a job to do here. We hold lots of regular public events both independently and jointly with other equine charities. We find these events are great fundraisers for the charity additionally they also help to promote awareness for causes close to our heart, such as the Dartmoor pony problem.

Margaret Green Animal Rescue is a pet rescue charity with animal rescue centres throughout Dorset and Devon which shelter animals until they can be rehomed. We have a large variety of rescue pets to rehome from pet rabbits, pet mice, dogs and cats to chickens, ducks, horses and goats. We rescue all types of unwanted, abandoned and ill-treated animals and re-home them to caring, loving owners. We are here to give advice and support for you and your pet's benefit, there is nothing better than to see a poorly animal recover physically and mentally and then go happily on its way to the right home.

The Maria Sharapova Foundation is committed to helping children around the world achieve their dreams. In 2007, Maria became a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and donated $100,000 to Chernobyl-related projects. Recently, in partnership with the UNDP, Maria launched a $210,000 scholarship program for students from Chernobyl-affected areas of Belarus. that will award five-year scholarships to 12 students at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts and the Belarusian State University.

It is a non-governmental organization (NGO) run by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco in the city of Chennai. Marialaya was founded in July 1990 with the objective of helping the street girls become responsible and respectable citizens by providing an atmosphere conducive for their growth and development. Marialaya works in 20 major areas of North Chennai covering 3000 street girls in 48 centers within the age group of 6 and 20.

Marie Curie Cancer Care is one of the UK's largest charities. It was established in 1948 - the same year as the NHS. We mainly care for people with cancer but we also care for people with other life limiting illnesses. Our services are always free of charge to patients and their families. The charity is best known for its network of Marie Curie Nurses working in the community to provide end-of-life care for patients in their own homes. We have nine hospices across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and two centres for palliative care research. We also run the world-renowned Marie Curie Research Institute, which investigates the causes and treatments of cancer.
Marie Selby Botanical Gardens

The Marie Selby Botanical Gardens is the leader in the study, conservation, and display of epiphytes and their canopy habitats. Our collection of epiphytes is the best in the world. Since the Gardens opened, the property has expanded from seven acres to nearly 13 acres. The elegant Mansion on adjoining property was purchased in 1973 and now houses the Gardens' Museum. The Gardens maintains a plant collection numbering more than 20,000 greenhouse plants, plus thousands more in the outdoor gardens. Eight greenhouses include the stunning Tropical Display House where unusual flora can be seen year round. The Center for Tropical Plant Science and Conservation provides headquarters for The Bromeliad Identification Center, the Orchid Identification Center and the Selby Gardens' Herbarium.

Marine Toys for Tots Foundation

The principal Toys for Tots activity which takes place each year is the collection and distribution of toys in the communities in which a Marine Corps Reserve Unit is located. In communities without a Reserve Unit, the campaign can be conducted by a Marine Corps League Detachment or group of men and women, generally veteran Marines, authorized by Marine toys for tots Foundation to conduct a local Toys for Tots campaign. Local Toys for Tots Campaign Coordinators conduct an array of activities throughout the year, which include golf tournaments, foot races, bicycle races and other voluntary events designed to increase interest in Toys for Tots, and concurrently generate toys and monetary donations.

We strive to achieve this by providing and improving the basics required for daily living, such as education, food, water, sanitation, shelter and clothing. We build expedition teams to carry out our projects, comprising of specialists in fields necessary to the project, fee paying participants, and in-country professionals. Each team member will be assigned his or her role within the team, according to his or her individual strengths and skills.

We are concerned with the institution of marriage and its meaning in today's society, as well as the quality of individual committed adult relationships. We help people prepare for, achieve and sustain successful marriages and to support them should they experience marital breakdown. Marriage Care is a charity operating across England and Wales, from 53 Centres, with 80 counselling locations. Our volunteers are mainly though not exclusively drawn from within the Catholic community. We provide marriage preparation, relationship counselling, relationship education, a telephone helpline. We also offer general support and advice to those who want to marry or enter long-term relationships.
