Ochan Self-Help Alliance's mission is to introduce important steps and methods to protect the environment while improving housing, agricultural activity, and to make modern health care available to its citizens and to villages beyond Opac.

Ochan Self-Help Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity registered in the state of Maryland. This charity is operating on the ground in war-ravaged northern Uganda to support resettlement for an estimated 4,500 civilians in their original villages in Awei sub-County, Alebtong District. While the need for relief aid is great throughout the district, our focus is to support resettlement in one village at a time. The Ochan Self-Help Alliance is currently leveraged in four different projects in Northern Uganda.
