Our mission is to reduce the spread and impact of HIV/AIDS through facilitating and implementation of workplace policies and programmes that focus on behaviour change, reducing stigma and discrimination and creating supportive environments for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

The Vision of the AIDS Foundation of Barbados Inc. is to be the leading NGO in Barbados representing a fully engaged workplace actively contributing to reducing the spread and impact of the AIDS epidemic.
