Altru Health System is a community owned system. Altru Health Foundation is the philanthropic arm that helps make many of Altru's programs, services and technologies possible. Established more than 28 years ago, Altru Health Foundation has raised over $25 million through the support of caring individuals, foundations and organizations. These funds help to sustain the patient care programs and services at Altru Health System that save and improve the lives of thousands of North Dakota and Minnesota residents and visitors every year.
