MiraMed maintains a full-time office and staff in Moscow which currently employs 35 people, 31 of which are Russian nationals, doctors, social workers, psychologists and administrative staff, who work at the MiraMed Center for Social Adaptation, the Tsaritsyn Community Center and in MiraMed's Moscow office. MiraMed is a United Nations accredited non-governmental organization with Special Consultative status in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the UN.
