In August 2006, Crown Princess Mary took the first step towards the current commitment to the struggle against social isolation by establishing "The Mary Foundation – HRH Crown Princess Mary's Foundation". Since the launch of its first project in 2008, the Mary Foundation has stood out for its good results within two current areas of intervention, namely "bullying and wellbeing" and "domestic violence", where the Mary Foundation is engaged in a series of dynamic projects in cooperation with a wide array of partners.
