Empowering people to live life free from violence and intimidation, and to provide good quality emergency accommodation and/or support to people and their children who have domestic abuse.

More information

Oasis Domestic Abuse Service was established in May 1994 to provide emergency, temporary and safe accommodation and /or support to one of society's most vulnerable groups - women and children who have/or are suffering domestic abuse. Oasis are committed to the use the volunteers to support their work. Using volunteers enables Oasis to give women in the community the opportunity to be involved in services to women who have experienced domestic violence in a variety of ways. It also raises awareness about domestic violence within the locality. It is our belief that volunteers, with their varied skills, compliment the work of the staff and enrich and extend the services offered by the organisation.
