To uplift the socio-economic development of the downtrodden people in the area of operation with special stress on education, health, awareness generation, income generation through women self-help-groups, care of orphan/needy children & elderly persons in distress and empowerment of rural poor men & women.

Being established in the pre-independence period by a group of enthusiastic young teachers as a village library in 1945, the organization dedicated itself for educating rural mass on the path of truth, self reliance and dedication for the cause of the mother land, eradication of illiteracy, superstitions, socio-economic problems became the main activity of the organization.
