Lu Lucca Leadership is a global organisation, registered as a UK charity. The centre for our leadership development experiences is in Lucca, Italy, but affiliated Lucca Leadership charities also run courses in Ireland, Australia, North America, the UK and South Africa. Lucca Leadership is an independent organisation and is neither controlled by nor advocates any particular religious or political agenda. Rather than teaching young people what to think and what to lead, we aim to teach young people how to think effectively for themselves and how to lead projects that inspire them, in service of their community.
