The Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland (CFAI) is a voluntary, non-profitable, charitable organisation. It was set up in 1963 to increase knowledge and awareness of CF and to give advice and support to people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families. The Association is currently funding 4 Reseach Projects which are helping in the vital search for a greater understanding of CF. The ultimate aim is to find a cure for CF, but in the meantime it is imperative that we research to improve our current methods of treatment.
