It is the intention of the Vijaliwa Vingi Society to develop, create and maintain, and to provide a safe, healthy and loving home environment for children and youth whose families are unable to provide one for them. The home that we intend to provide is meant to supplement the efforts of the government and other NGO's in the provision of resources pertaining to the Safety, Education and Health for children coming from difficult circumstances. In short, CanaDares and Vijaliwa Vingi are engaged in Community Development at the foundational stage and grassroots level.
