MiST work to support the developing world’s surgical centres to move toward self sufficiency in providing excellent health care for the local population, regardless of the race, creed or nationality of the patients and without adverse distinction of any kind.

MiST provide immediate medical assistance to victims of natural and man-made disasters, assist in the medical education and training of people trapped in humanitarian and economic crises, and to help create sustainable health facilities for the well-being of all, where they are most needed.
Founded in Manchester, UK, in October 2005, in response to the South Asian earthquake. MiST is currently active in Palestine (Gaza and the West Bank), Sudan, India and Greece, with offices in Uk and Palestine.
