The Papillon Foundation is an independent, non-profit and non-denominational, a-political Public Benefit Organisation that research, communicate and identify our Region, City & Country's challenges. We take a holistic approach to clothing, feeding, educating and training, and develop a platform from which people can improve the lives of both themselves and their families. Papillon’s partnerships allow the Foundation access to a core of specialists who are all well qualified in the researching, planning, structuring and Implementation of a host of projects aimed at successful Societal Renewal and Transformation.
