We believe that society's relationship with the natural environment is inextricably bound to our relationships with each other, and that sustainable use of the planet's resources is not possible without political, economic and social justice. Our focus is thus on building democratic, fair and sustainable decision-making processes that relate to the use and management of natural resources. Through our work, we hope to encourage the development of environmental policies, practices and actions that lead to a deeper, more human and more sustainable relationship with each other and the natural environment.
