A not-for-profit performing arts center that presents and produces a wide variety of performing arts, advances arts education and creates a destination that is a superior location for entertainment business and housing, thereby strengthening the economic vitality of the region.

Playhouse Square has undertaken an Endowment Initiative to build its' permanent endowment fund. We hope to build the fund over time to equal or exceed the annual budget. The success and financial health of Playhouse Square over the next generation will be determined by many factors. But certainly our ability to develop a significant endowment in addition to the generous annual contributions we receive each year will play a role in our success.
