The P.C.I.F. is a non-governmental charitable organization started by R.Gopalakrishnan at Mumbai in 1982. Gopal conceived the idea of an agency to address the needs of patients requiring hospitalization, after an agonizing experience with a family member’s treatment, and shared it with all his friends and well wishers. PCIF has now grown into a full-fledged charitable organization and helped thousands of people from both India and abroad.
