The founder of Operation Bobbi Bear, Jackie Branfield, first took action against sexual crimes in 1992. Jackie's challenge was to ensure accurate information was exchanged and clear legal evidence noted without in any way compromising on the care and support for the victim. Operation Bobbi Bear collaborates with and assists the criminal justice system to ensure the rights and safety of the child victim of sexual abuse.
