At the heart and soul of Otesha you'll find our cycle tours, where teams of young people cycle up and down the country, inspiring thousands of people along the way to create social and environmental change through their everyday lives. But we also do other things too. We started up our Change Projects to work with young people over a longer period of time. We're also starting to help unemployed young people develop the skills and experience they need to find world-changing careers. From time to time, we also support special projects for new young leaders who want to tackle big social and environmental challenges. Last year, we helped to create, train and coordinate the first ever UK Youth Delegation to a UN Climate Change Conference.
