Dyslexia Action is a national charity and the UK's leading provider of services and support for people with dyslexia and literacy difficulties. We are specialists in assessment and tuition for children and adults. We are the UK's largest supplier of teacher training courses to specialise in dyslexia. We also have a workplace consultation service to address the implications of dyslexia at work. Our services are available from 26 centres around the country. We work to influence and improve the practice of mainstream educational services for childrern and adults through: specialist teacher training; the development of high-quality teaching tools ; the evaluation of teaching methods to achieve better practice and by improving awareness and understanding of dyslexia.
