The mission of the China Care Foundation is to give special needs Chinese orphans the opportunity for a better life and to empower youth through direct humanitarian service. By providing extensive medical, social and educational programs devoted to children, China Care makes a lasting contribution to our shared future.

Today The China Care Foundation continues to save lives by providing surgeries, loving pre and post operative care and other specialized medical treatment for the most vulnerable children in Chinese society and continues to empower youth through its growing network of China Care Clubs. All of China Care's work is a direct legacy of 11-year-old Matt Dalio's year in China, a year that changed his life, the lives of so many children who have become healthy and happy as a result of the Foundation's work, and the lives of so many young people who have joined the China Care Clubs movement to change the world.
