To reinforce and expand projects about aiding development by the well-considered, appropriate use of ICT.

In 2003, a group of ICT professionals and others who were interested in this area saw in the new tools available for communication, an effective and economical way of gathering together skills for development projects. Therefore the people involved intend to make sure of mutual enhancement between projects and people. They are starting to put together a pool of experts in the fields of project management, development and ICT. The “Association COMmuniquer Et Travailler Ensemble” (better known as COMETE) came about due to the fact that working collaboratively is at the heart of any long-lasting development.
