More information
Association Pour la Terre was established in 2001 as a French nonprofit association dedicated to the preservation and sustainability of the environment and its inhabitants. Locally in the Cote d’Azur, Pour la Terre has been a leading organization in promoting clean air by limiting industrial incineration by regional cement companies and raising consciousness about the need for sustainable development. our experience and dedication to inspiring children accordingly through music since 2001, serves as the basis of our current emphasis on producing comprehensive tree planting events for 6 to 12 year old children throughout the world in coordination with major forest organizations such as the United States Forest Service, National Park Service , and French ONF. Our first major planting near Nice, France was universally acclaimed a success and serves as a template for similar events in the United States, Canada, throughout southern Europe and the Mediterranean countries. Pour la Terre also develops and implements programs and conferences for reforestation, decreasing fossil fuel use, preventing pollution, and preserving plant and animal species and their habitats.
