LTBF is a socially-oriented foundation. Its aim is to create working opportunities for people in a difficult situation, be it economical, social, or cultural and in particular for women.

LTBF is a program of social and humanitarian intervention for the right to work. The foudation is based in Italy and operates in developing areas in Euorpe and in the Mediterranean, endeavouring to focus on African issues. LTBF sustains and supports initiatives to help those who are looking for a job by helping them to identify and develop the opportunities offered by the market. All actions promoted by Learn To Be Free are devoted to the right to work. Our association’s civic responsibility is ultimately committed to all people already in the work force, as well as those seeking employment.
