International Childcare Trust (ICT) was founded in 1982 by David Lamont, who had worked as a teacher at the grassroots level in the UK, Asia and Africa. In all of our programmes, we work to protect children's rights within a community development context, so children, their families and their communities are always involved in the decisions that shape our supported programmes. By supporting us you are helping us to provide vital services to help some of the world’s poorest children have a chance to build a future. Through such services as primary health care, income generation schemes, rehabilitation centres, training and many other aspects of support.
