We support projects that use experiences of nature to change the way people feel, think and act towards each other and the environment. Changing the way our society treats the environment begins with each of us personally. Experiences of the natural world combined with expert facilitation, adventure activities, discussion and teamwork are an effective way to help people realise that they are part of nature. We believe that many of the threats to life on our planet stem from human actions which fail to acknowledge and respect the relationships we have with all life on Earth. The globalisation of industrial culture is disconnecting humans from the natural systems that sustain all social and economic activity. The Foundation will support the rebuilding of healthy relationships between humans and the rest of nature through inspirational education projects’.
