To improve wildlife conservation effectiveness by offering donors a funding mechanism that ensures value for their support.

Conservation Works was founded in November, 2004, by John Cleese (who has a particular passion for well run small zoos), to receive occasional donations for distribution to projects that reverse the decline of critically endangered species. Conservation Works puts conservation and conservation workers first, while recognising that the outcome from every conservation battle can help to inform the conservation war.
