Where Next Association

| Disability
We offer people with special needs the opportunity to experience the real world of work, and through the acquisition of skills, to equip themselves for life in society.
More information
Where Next provides supported employment, work experience and training to people disadvantaged by a learning disability or other special needs. We are different from other service providers in that care takes place in a real working environment, with a real product or service for real customers. Clients may choose to work in any of our social enterprises in Redditch, Worcestershire and Studley, Warwickshire. As an accredited training centre we also offer certificated employability skills training. Clients may choose to work in a horticultural nursery and garden centre, a factory doing light assembly and/or packing and manufacturing wooden garden furniture, or provide garden maintenance and landscaping. For people who have not had the opportunity to work Where Next provides purpose, self-esteem, a culture of independence and improves quality of life. Working gives a feeling of belonging and for those socially excluded by their disability the ability to contribute and integrate into society.
