Aspects and Milestones Trust is a health and social care charity providing community care services for people with learning disabilities, older people and people with mental health needs, including dementia. Our services cover the areas of Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath, Gloucestershire and North Somerset. We support more than 600 people in a way which helps them to define and achieve their own goals and aspirations, whatever their abilities.
