Little star foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) children's organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with cancer and children in need worldwide.

This non-profit children's foundation was founded in 1990 by former professional tennis player, Andrea Jaeger, and fellow humanitarian Heidi Bookout. Using past tennis earnings and their savings accounts in entirety, they set out to change the world for children suffering from cancer and other diseases, neglect, and poverty. The impact, growth and success of their long term programs has changed the course of how many healthcare professionals and care giver facilities conduct their efforts and programs.
