EarthRights International (ERI) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization that combines the power of law and the power of people in defense of earth rights. We specialize in fact-finding, legal actions against perpetrators of earth rights abuses, training grassroots and community leaders, and advocacy campaigns.

ERI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit group of activists, organizers, and lawyers with expertise in human rights, the environment, and corporate and government accountability. ERI has offices in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. EarthRights International is at the forefront of the movement to hold corporations accountable for fair human rights, labor, and environmental practices. We bring together human rights and environmental activists, affected communities, and concerned individuals to build lasting networks, raise public awareness around earth rights issues, and take on corporate abusers no matter where they do business.
