18A TAX exemption No. 18/11/13/3954. Founded in 1908, Cape Town Child Welfare has a proud history of caring for vulnerable children. Ours is the awesome task of responding to one of the greatest challenges facing South Africa: the survival, protection and development of children in crisis and at risk. Cape Town Child Welfare is affiliated to the International Forum for Child Welfare. We believe that children are our future and our inspiration.
