ECLOF is a global fellowship of ecumenical microfinance institutions. Basing its work on Christian values, this global network has agreed to Global Policies Guidelines and Minimum Standards of Performance. Within the broad global policy National ECLOFs operate national lending programs. Each National ECLOF has it's own board and local staff. The International Secretariat based in Geneva, Switzerland provides additional oversight, technical support, policy development, exchange of regional and country experiences and resource mobilisation. The secretariat is kept small as it is paid for by national ECLOFs and the goal is to strengthen national ECLOFs.
