Villiers Park Educational Trust is a national charity working to remove some of the barriers that can prevent young people from making the most of the educational opportunities available to them.
We aim to be the leading national source of expertise in meeting the learning needs of post-16 Gifted and Talented students and to use this expertise to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds achieve their academic potential. To do this, we need to ensure that we understand the challenges that exist both from the perspective of the students themselves and of their teachers and schools/colleges. We need to disseminate strategies that have already proved successful and to continue to develop our approaches further.
