Thera supports tenants at home, including those with profound and multiple complex support needs. Thera supports around 700 people with a learning disability and employs over 1200 staff all over the country, working with 13 local authorities. Thera Trust started in 1998, supporting 5 individuals with a learning disability in Cambridgeshire.
