Founded in 1992, ACT is the only organisation working across the UK to achieve a better quality of life and care for every life-limited or life-threatened child or young person and their family. ACT works hard to raise awareness of the needs and experiences of children with life limiting conditions and their families so we can lobby to improve services and ensure that children and their families receive the best quality of life and care.
