More information
We recognise that housing and support are often only the start that individuals require and that as they develop their skills and confidence the support we offer needs to be tailored appropriately. So as individuals travel towards full independence we will work with a wide range of partners to provide suitable services. To enable us to do all of these activities in a professional manner we recognise that we must continue to develop quality governance and management of the charity, strengthening and improving as required. As a Christian charity we have worked hard to be able to clearly enunciate our values and what this means in practice. Whilst the clarity of our values, and our commitment to them, remains as strong as ever, we will continue to deliver our services to individuals without discrimination, to those of any faith, and those with no faith. We will demonstrate our faith through the service we offer from emergency to independence. We continue to strengthen the quality and breadth of our current provision, while identifying the gaps in provision at the point of crisis and respond with excellent quality services and relationships.
we also further develop initiatives and relationships to move individuals and communities on into independence.
