Established March 5, 1973, Pacific Legal Foundation is the oldest and most successful public interest legal organization that fights for limited government, property rights, individual rights and a balanced approach to environmental protection. Pacific Legal Foundation is devoted to a vision of individual freedom, responsible government, and color-blind justice. Like America's founders, we believe the blessings of liberty are beyond measure. And like them, we believe each generation must defend those blessings against government encroachment.
