The Basketball Hall of Fame is the world's finest sports museum located in Springfield, Massachusetts - the birthplace of basketball. There are 258 individuals and five teams enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. As a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame benefits from the generosity of others to help fulfill its mission.
