Mountain States Legal Foundation (MSLF) is a nonprofit, public interest law firm dedicated to individual liberty, the right to own and use property, limited and ethical government and economic freedom. Thanks to a national campaign to educate and inform the American people of the abuses of the Constitution and federal law by the federal government as well as other units of government and the threat to liberty that such abuses present, MSLF now has nearly 25,000 donors from all 50 states. Life, liberty and property are cornerstones of American democracy and account for the unequaled prosperity and promise for America. It is the purpose of the Mountain States Legal Foundation to defend and secure these precious rights, thus preserving and advancing the American dream.
