To inspire people to improve the health of the community through their support of Morton Plant Mease Foundation.

Established in 1977, Morton Plant Mease Foundation provides philanthropic support to Mease Countryside, Mease Dunedin, Morton Plant, and Morton Plant North Bay hospitals. Over the past decade, Morton Plant Mease Foundation has granted more than $100 million to support the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease. Each year, between $7 and $9 million is granted toward the hospitals' areas of most immediate need - buying essential new medical equipment, supporting nursing education, funds for new and renovated facilities, hiring and training the area's best caregivers or covering the costs of care for patients who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment. Morton Plant Mease Foundation works with donors and volunteers to raise, manage and disburse these necessary funds. In a sense, we function as the donor's hands - reaching out to patients, physicians and the community - to provide resources that may not be otherwise available. We are dedicated to being a catalyst for improving the health of the communities we serve by inspiring unparalleled philanthropic support through innovation, dedication and compassion.
