IsraAID is a coordinating body of Israeli and Jewish organizations and other interested parties based in Israel who are active in development and relief work and are concerned about global issues. Founded in 2001, IsraAID facilitates and coordinates the efforts of Israeli NGOs as they respond to humanitarian crisis around the world. IsraAID specializes in bringing Israeli professional 'know-how' to humanitarian aid projects. It supports Emergency Relief projects as well as Long-Term Development initiatives. In 10 years, IsraAID and its coalition members have been active in over 40 countries. Today, IsraAID is active in Haiti, Japan, South Sudan and Kenya.
