GRA is an Irish based charity, established in 1990 following the change in Regime in Romania in 1989. As well as providing much needed basic relief goods, developing social programmes and projects, GRA established a children’s home in response to the needs of the children in that country. We have focused our attention on the village of Tiur and on the nearby town of Blaj in Transylvania.
