More information
Since its creation in 1987, the SAVE Foundation of Australia (Inc.) has been committed to saving
Africa's endangered species from extinction. During the past 23 years, the main focus of our activities has been the conservation of the African Black Rhinoceros in Zimbabwe. There had not been any rhino poaching since February 1994, but, sadly, many have been killed since early 2003. The SAVE Foundation has donated more than $3.2 million worth of field equipment, including 11 four wheel drive vehicles, 15 motor bikes, 15 outboard motors, 10 reconditioned engines and gearboxes, numerous sets of radios and tons of spare parts for all of the above.
