Praxis Care is a major provider of services for adults and children with a learning disability, mental ill health, acquired brain injury and for older people, including people with dementia. The group was established in 2002 by the merging of 3 well established charities in Northern Ireland.
Praxis Care provides a range of supported living services to people experiencing mental ill health. as well as home response domiciliary care. We provide provides supported living services for older people, including people with dementia. We assist adults and children with a learning disability or acquired brain injury to live in appropriate community settings, through offering a holistic range of care and diversional activity.
