Friends of the Elephant is a organisation dedicated to the protection of elephants, both the African and Asian Elephant, and that is because elephants are very special animals who are still endangered by Ivory poachers, by farmers who find them troublesome and by the tourist industry that kidnap baby-elephants and if necessary shoot down the mother. With financial support to definite projects and giving information we support the elephant. With that support elephants can keep on living in their natural environment.
