The Rock Solid Foundation was started in 1997 by a group of law enforcement officials, Victoria Shamrocks and Canadian Rugby Players. There was a need for violence prevention programs in Victoria and Rock Solid was developed to fill the gap. Since its inception, the Rock Solid Foundation has spoken to over 750,000 young people and is growing constantly.
