To help people work side by side; to relieve suffering; to achieve something lasting and worthwhile; to broaden the experience of the volunteers and to develop lasting links between communities.

Hands Around The World is a UK-registered charitable trust which seeks to help vulnerable children around the world, encouraging enthusiastic and well-prepared short-term volunteers to offer practical help, skill-sharing, support and friendship. We have sent over 400 volunteers since we started in 1994, from the UK to the other countries.
