The Brigitte Trust is an independent registered charity in its 26th year, offering emotional support and practical help at home to people facing life-threatening illness. The Trust is based in Dorking and offers its free volunteer service across Surrey. Although not a nursing service, we can offer valuable support. The Trust works in close partnership with local district nurses, hospices, social care teams and providers of palliative care services including our two district nurse representatives in the east and west of the area.
